Well established aircraft parts mfr has immediate position in our Corona, Queens, NY facility. Must be exp'd, & motivated to work in a fast paced, team oriented mfg. environment. Will be responsible for production planning & managing new prgrm introductions. Our products consist of low volume, complex machined details and final assemblies for the aerospace/defense industry. Manage new product introduction planning efforts. Be the Primary point of customer contact to commun production status. Review & address MRP messages for follow-up. Act as a liason between Engineering, Production & Purchasing to ensure that materials and labor are available to supply production plan. Must be skilled in MS Office/MS Project. Have a clear understanding of mfg processes, mfg planning and control systems. Must have 5 or more yrs exp in planning in a low mfg environment. CONTRACT MFG EXPER HIGHLY PREF'D. Use AutoCad and SolidWorks to create designs and specifications. Generate complete production level drawings and specifications that represent

of the product into production. Perform other Engineering related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
BSME preferred
Strong computer skills including AutoCad, SolidWorks and general office software
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness and potential to grow and expand in job skills and areas of responsibility
